Abstract

The main purpose of my work is to provide conceptual and methodological elements to lead and enable change to take place in our company. Help people becomes more committed to change. It requires to become familiar with Lean Manufacturing as well as its main features and to know the key success factors of companies which succeeded in understanding such procedure. Moreover, change management is an important step to build involvement of people in order to enhance the understanding of change. After that, build and support change is a major element of management. The goal is to better understand HR issues and to ensure regular follow-up of the project in order to embed them structurally in the organization, systems, procedures, governance, change behavior and mindset.
