Abstract

The integration of information technologies and Communication (ICT) in the domain of education led to a new reality called the online education. Described as the package of the multimedia (sound, image, text) and of the Internet (online broadcasting, interactivity), the e-learning appears as the second avenue of the field of education of these technologies.
